Syncrony Digital provides service agreements for existing Magento 1 and Magento 2 online stores. Our Service Agreements are pretty simple, they are based on agreed monthly support hours. A Service Agreement can optionally include a hosting portion (see below for more details).
A Service Agreement is the gateway to priority support for you Magento store. Over the past 6-years, many organizations and private companies have leveraged our Magento skills to enhance the stability and profitability of their online ventures.
Our dedicated Magento team includes, Magento Front-End specialists, Magento Stock and Product loading specialists, Magento back-end developers as well as hosting and performance gurus.
Monthly support hours start at a 3-hour per month minimum and can expand to any required number of hours. There are two foundation principles that relate to these hours:
We will do our utmost to work around these rules for our customers and hours can be negotiated and adjusted as required.
We provide hosting for Magento 1 and Magento 2 online shops. Our Magento 1 hosting can be configured to support any combination of PHP or MySQL versioning.
Our hosting service includes regular backups as well as a clone/sandbox version. Our backups run on a once daily rotation, with a variable series of archival weekly or monthly copies. Restores are not charged for. A single monthly restore is included in the hosting price. (See here for more details.)
As part of our hosing service, we create a summary sales report for your online store.
Our eCommerce Report includes:
Sales stats summary – such as Total Orders, Invoice value, Shipping breakdown, top selling products and best customers.
